StatSheet projects Marquette to be a six seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Golden Eagles are currently on track for an automatic bid, but don't need it to retain the invite as they're the #25 team in the AP Poll and sit at #18 in the StatSheet StatRank. They have a 15-5 overall record and a 6-2 record in the Big East.
During the last four games, Marquette registered wins against South Florida and Providence but also took on losses against AP #12 Louisville and AP #24 Cincinnati.
